Protezione per il motociclista

La protezione per motociclisti "Cordolo Soffice" o "Soft Curb" è costituita da una striscia continua di strati di gomma riciclata, ciascuna di specificate caratteristiche meccaniche.
La striscia continua ha una superficie elastica curva esposta all'urto. Questa conformazione - unitamente alla stratificazione delle lastre che compongono la protezione - conferisce al Cordolo Soffice le sue elevate prestazioni di contenimento stabile e di elevata sicurezza.

"Soft Curb" or "Cordolo Soffice" is a motorcyclist protection made by a continuous strip of recycled rubber layers with specified mechanical properties.
The curved strip has an elastic surface exposed to the traffic face. This structure - in addition to the protection rubber layers - gives to the "Soft Curb" protection its high performances in terms of stable containement and significant safety.

Le prestazioni della protezione per motociclisti denominata "Cordolo Soffice" o "Soft Curb" sono state certificate presso il Laboratorio AISICO di Anagni (Frosinone) mediante i test di impatto di un manichino strumentato.
Sono stati effettuati i due test previsti dalla norma di riferimento UNE 135900-1-2005 ed UNE 135900-2-2005.
Nel primo test il manichino è stato lanciato in corrispondenza del supporto della protezione con una velocità di 60 km/h e con una traiettoria inclinata di 30° rispetto alla protezione.

AISICO Laboratories in Anagni (Frosinone - ITALY) certified the performances of the "Soft Curb" or "Cordolo Soffice" protection by means of impact test with an instrumented dummy.
The two test - according to the reference norm UNE 135900-1-2005 and UNE 135900-2-2005 have been carried out with success.
In the first test the dummy hits the protection in front of the support with a velocity of 60 km/h and a trajectory of 30 degree with respect to the protection axis.

Nel secondo test lo stesso manichino è stato lanciato in corrispondenza della mezzeria della campata della protezione con la stessa velocità e lo stesso angolo di impatto.
Dopo i due impatti, corrispondenti alle prove M001 AISICO ed M002 AISICO il manichimo è restato completamente integro e nessuna sua parte si è impigliata nella strutturadi protezione.

In the second test the dummy hits the protection in the centre of the beam with the same impact velocity and angle.
After the two impacts, corresponding to the test M001 AISICO and to the test M002 AISICO, the dummy was completely undamaged and non part of the antropometric device has been captured or detached by the protection.

Gli indici di valutazione della protezione sono risultati eccellenti consentendo alla protezione di essere classificata al Livello 1 di sicurezza.

The evaluation indicies of the protection are excellent and the "Soft Curb" or "Cordolo Soffice" protection has been classified in safety Level 1.
